INJECTION MOLDS

Tool production consists in our company from several phases:

• consultation of the shape of the molded part with the customer, recommendations on shape and evaluation of critical points
• injection mold design in CAD system
• production of main mold parts especially by milling on CNC machines, EDM sinkers, turning on CNC lathes
• completion of the mold, adding ejection elements and optionally tempering or cooling elements, and in particular polishing important mold sides

Molds for smaller series are made of dural and for larger series from tool steels.

Our great advantage is the possibility to produce QUICK MOLD CHANGE INSERTS into our own mold frames and the resulting cost-effective conditions in the production of molds.
